Frequently asked questions

Can I pick-up the numbers myself?

To protect our handcrafted Giant Light-Up Numbers, delivery and collection are managed by Zero Balloons. Their size, lighting and construction require careful transport and handling, so customer pickup is not generally available.

Are delivery and collection charged for every hire item?

No. Delivery & setup ($60) and pack-down & collection ($60) are charged per booking, not per item. This means you can combine your Giant Light-Up Numbers with other Zero Balloons hire pieces without paying these service charges again for each item. Travel charges may apply depending on location.

Can the numbers be used outdoors?

Yes, provided they are installed on a suitable surface and weather conditions are appropriate.

Do they require power?

Yes. A standard household power outlet is required. Our Portable Power collection is also available for locations without convenient access to power.

Can the lighting colour be changed?

Yes. Choose from Warm White, Pure White, Cool White or a selection of coloured LED bulbs to complement your event.
