At Zero Balloons, we believe you should spend your time celebrating — not stressing over setup. That’s why every Celebration Package includes delivery, setup, and pack down.

Because we design and handcraft each piece, we know exactly how our products should be styled, secured, and arranged for the best effect. You can relax knowing everything will be safely set up, beautifully presented, and ready to impress your guests.

Local Delivery & Setup (Brisbane & Surrounds)

We deliver from our workshop in Wishart 4122 - This is our creative base, but not open for pickups. All packages are delivered by our team to your chosen venue. 

 

Delivery fees are based on distance to make sure our team can arrive on time and give every setup the care it deserves.

Safety & Access Guidelines

At Zero Balloons, the safety of our team and your celebration is our top priority. To ensure every setup looks amazing and is delivered safely, we ask that all locations meet the following accessibility and safety requirements.

 Ideal Locations

We love park parties and outdoor celebrations! Our setups work beautifully in:

  • Council parks and recreational areas (permits may be required — we can advise).

  • Backyards and private outdoor spaces with flat (or mostly flat), stable surfaces.

  • Community venues or spaces with safe vehicle access and room for setup.

Parks are especially fun for celebrations — they give kids space to play, create beautiful photo opportunities, and allow our team to style your setup safely.

Restricted or Unsafe Locations

We cannot deliver or set up in locations that present safety risks or restricted access, including:

  • Construction sites or active work zones.

  • Steep, uneven, or narrow pathways and driveways.

  • High-rise apartments without lift access.

  • Private properties with locked gates or restricted entry (or no contact person).

  • Areas with low-hanging wires, branches, or other obstacles.

  • Public spaces requiring special permits that cannot be arranged.

  • Flood-prone, muddy, or otherwise unsafe outdoor areas.

  • Locations with no safe parking for our delivery van.

By choosing a safe and accessible location, you help us ensure your celebration setup is secure, beautiful, and stress-free — so you can focus on enjoying the party!

Important Notes

  • Delivery distance is measured from Wishart 4122.

  • Fees apply per booking (not per item).

  • Extended travel outside 60km may be possible depending on availability — please contact us for a custom quote.

The Party List | Shipping

If you’re part of the Party List, you’ll receive tips, eco-friendly party ideas, and special supporter updates straight to your inbox.

  • Occasionally, we may offer resources or sample supporter packs — these are posted Australia-wide using recyclable packaging.

  • Shipping provider: Australia Post (or equivalent).

  • Dispatch time: Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery time: Standard shipping is 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
