Welcome to Zero Balloons. By booking our services, purchasing from us, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or making a booking.
1. Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to event (or by the due date provided in your booking confirmation).

Payments are accepted through secure third-party providers.
2. Security Deposit / Credit Card Bond

A refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The amount will depend on the size and value of your setup:

Small setups: $200 bond

Large or complex setups: $300–$500 bond (confirmed at the time of booking)

Alternatively, valid credit card details may be held securely as a bond.

The security deposit will be refunded, or card details removed, within 5 business days after collection, provided all hire items are returned in good condition.

We understand that parties (and kids!) bring excitement, so normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged. Only major, permanent, or time-consuming damages, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the card on file.

If repair or replacement costs exceed the bond amount, the client is liable for the balance.
3. Cancellations & Changes

Client cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees.

Changes: We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Additional costs may apply.

Zero Balloons cancellations: In the rare case we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
4. Delivery & Setup

We provide delivery and setup across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

Delivery & Shipping fees may apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The event location must have safe and reasonable access (including parking, entryways, and paths).

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if access is restricted, unsafe, involves stairs, long distances, or other obstacles not disclosed at booking, additional fees may apply to cover extra time and resources.

Once installed, equipment must remain in place and must not be moved, altered, or dismantled by anyone other than the Zero Balloons team.
5. Equipment Care & Hire Conditions

All displays, props, and hire items remain the property of Zero Balloons.

Clients are responsible for ensuring items are not damaged, lost, or stolen during the hire period.

Any damage, loss, or theft will be charged at repair or replacement value.

Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered, unless otherwise arranged.
6. Safety & Liability

We take care to ensure all items are safe and secure at the time of setup.

Zero Balloons is not liable for injury, accident, or damage that occurs after setup has been completed and signed off.

Children must be supervised around display items at all times.
7. Website Use

All content on this website (including images, text, and designs) is owned by Zero Balloons and may not be copied, shared, or used without permission.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that it will always be free from errors.
8. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
